I am a Quest-certified cognitive hypnotherapist.

I am a fully qualified and insured Cognitive Hypnotherapist, registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), and have been qualified since 2011.

I’ve had a range of roles, which have allowed me to put my skills to good use and develop my knowledge and understanding. For several years, I was part of a multi-disciplinary health agency promoting the integration of healthy minds and bodies.

I also have extensive experience of working with corporate clients, finding ways to support managers and their teams with the specific challenges and pressures of office life. This included tackling exam and presentation nerves, as well as running group sessions on positive thinking.

Today, I run my own business from home, where I support my clients both face to face and online, using tools such as Zoom and Teams to deliver services – both methods use the same approach and get the same results.

I’m passionate about helping clients to become the best version of themselves and enjoy their lives to the full.

I can work with anything that affects your mind, but my specialisms are anxiety, stress, phobia and confidence issues. We go at your pace to uncover your problems and find the ways that work best for you to manage and overcome them.
